The father of the late legendary singer and songwriter Mowzey Radio has expressed deep distress over not being allowed to visit his son’s resting place. He revealed that he last visited the burial site on the day of the funeral and has since been denied access.
Mowzey Radio, during his lifetime, had never acknowledged his father, consistently attributing his upbringing solely to his mother.
However, following his passing 6 years ago, Mowzey Radio’s father has come forward, shedding light on the strained relationship and the issues that persist between him and the late artist’s mother. The root cause of this family discord remains undisclosed, leading to a prolonged lack of communication and understanding.
“To date, Radio’s mother and I don’t see eye to eye” Radio’s Father discloses.
Even in the face of being unable to pay respects at his son’s grave, Mowzey Radio’s father conveyed that he continues to offer nightly prayers for his late son. Despite the unresolved differences with the mother, he expressed a simple desire – to visit the burial grounds and pay homage to his son, much like any other person.
“It has been six years since my son Mowzey Radio passed away, and I have not been allowed to visit his grave since the day of his burial. His mother is still bitter with me, and this rift may never be resolved,” he shared, encapsulating the enduring sorrow of a father yearning for closure and connection with his departed son.

Born on January 25, 1985, Mowzey Radio passed away on February 1, 2018, at the age of 33.
His untimely death was attributed to brain damage sustained during a brawl with a bouncer in an Entebbe bar.
Rushed to the Case clinic for emergency brain surgery, Mowzey Radio remained in a coma for almost a week until his eventual passing. His legacy lives on in the hearts of his fans, but the family’s ongoing discord casts a poignant shadow over his memory.
