The previous year was marked by significant global events, ranging from devastating conflicts and natural disasters to political and economic occurrences worldwide. In customary fashion, Prophet Elvis Mbonye, the Ugandan preacher and founder of Zoe Ministries, provided remarkably accurate predictions for some of these events throughout the year.
In a recently shared video on his YouTube channel, Mbonye’s latest series of foretold events has garnered attention nationally and internationally, earning praise for his prophetic abilities. Among the notable predictions was the Israeli-Palestinian conflict that unfolded last year. On January 23rd, 2023, Mbonye prophesied an Israeli attack on its neighbor, which materialized three weeks later through an Israeli drone strike on an Iranian nuclear facility. Subsequently, in October of the same year, the Iran-backed Hamas terror group launched an attack on Israeli territory, resulting in a bloody conflict with over 25,000 casualties and 2 million displaced in Gaza.
Another accurate prediction involved the implosion of the Titanic Submersible in June 2023, claiming the lives of five wealthy explorers during an expedition to the Titanic shipwreck. Three weeks before the tragic incident, Mbonye announced foreseeing a “drowning of a prominent figure.” Additionally, he foresaw the March 2023 shutdown of Silicon Valley Bank (SVB) in California due to a sharp drop in its investment value, forcing depositors to withdraw substantial amounts of money.
One of Mbonye’s most impactful predictions was the Mw 7.8 earthquake that struck southern and central Turkey and northern and western Syria in February 2023, resulting in over 50,000 casualties and displacing 5 million. The earthquake, considered one of the most disastrous in the past century, had been revealed to Mbonye approximately three months earlier.
Mbonye’s prophetic gift, astonishing even skeptics, has earned him widespread acclaim domestically and internationally. American gospel artist Paul Wilbur described Mbonye’s prophetic work as a true demonstration of God’s Kingdom on Earth. Ghanaian MP Hellen Adjoa considers Mbonye a God-given gift to the people of Uganda, emphasizing the importance of recognizing and listening to prophets like him for a smoother global journey. Back home, leaders such as Justice Minister Hon Nobert Mao have expressed great admiration for Mbonye, referring to him as a blessing to countries like Uganda due to his anointing that allows him to foresee and share significant events.
